The online registration form allows delegates to book available rooms. Credit card details must be provided, which will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee the booking.
Where participants are already registered for the Event, an email request can be sent to Conference Design stating accommodation requirements.
To extend accommodation bookings for a stay prior to or following the Event, an email stating the request can be sent directly to Conference Design. Bookings are subject to availability.
Changes and Cancellations
Please check the individual cancellation policy listed under each property on the Accommodation page.
Cancellations and date changes must be received in writing, emailed to email@example.com.
Accommodation and incidental expenses must be settled using a credit card upon check-out.
Any accommodation pre-payments made to Conference Design will be forwarded to the selected hotel. Pre-payments must be received 30-days prior to the Event.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be invoiced for accommodation together with the Event registration fee.
Early Check-in Requests
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design.
Special requests for early check-in can be entered in the “Special Requests” field of your booking. The hotel will endeavour to accommodate request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.
