COVID-19 Safe Event

The 2021 Australian Dental and Oral Health Therapists’ Association 6th International Conference will follow all COVID-19 guidelines and regulations set by the Western Australia Government to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Attendees MUST NOT attend the conference in person if they have any of the following symptoms:

  • Cough
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Fatigue
  • Shortness of breath

You must also not attend the conference if you have:

  • Returned from overseas in the last 14 days
  • Have travelled from a declared COVID-19 hotspot
  • Have been in contact with anyone who has been asked to isolate or has been diagnosed with COVID-19

If you are registered to attend the conference in person and are experiencing any of the above symptoms or can no longer attend the conference please email to discuss transferring your registration to an online registration.

If you become unwell during the conference please notify the Conference Design staff and remove yourself from the session rooms.  The Conference Design staff will liaise with the venue staff in isolating you and seeking medical assistance.

Hand sanitiser will be provided throughout the venue, however, it is your own responsibility to manage your own personal hygiene to stop the spread of germs!

Hotel and Conference Design staff will be monitoring social distancing throughout the event and we appreciate your assistance in following floor markings and directions.

COVID-19 Event Checklist

In accordance with Western Australia Government requirements, the ADOHTA Conference will operate as a COVID-19 Safe event by following all guidelines in the COVID Safe Event Checklist.
